Note: Allen op de HEENWEG wordt het lusje bij Kamponglaan 2 meegenomen dwz dat de estafette lopers 1 en 3 niet rechtstreeks richting Paramaribo Zoo gaan maar eerst het lusje om het voetbalveld in de zandweg moeten afleggen.

🔸Elke estafetteloper legt dezelfde afstand af van ±5,275 km
🔸Estafetteloper 1 en 3 starten bij nv Randoe
🔸Estafetteloper 2 en 4 starten ongeveer hij het basketbalveld in de Kanangalaan
🔸Estafetteloper 1 en 3 moeten om het KeerPunt gaan en vervolgens hun sjerp afstaan aan de volgende loper binnen de wisselzone dat op ongeveer 100m verwijderd is van het KP
🔸 Wisselzone 1 is bij de inham tussen het baskebalveld en het voetbalveld
🔸 Wisselzone 2 is bij De Vrijeschool/ nv Randoe
🔸 Wisselzone 3 is op dezelfde plek als wisselzone 1
De wedstrijd is voor het estafette team geeindigd wanneer loper 4 met de chip aan de schoen over de finishlijn gaat.
