    From the parking lot of Police Recreation Club (Police Headquarters), exit through the back gate heading south along Fort Hill Rd. Turn left onto Middle Rd and continue until you reach Tribe Rd 1. Make a left onto Tribe Rd 1 (the left turn before the garden).
    At the Y, make a right onto Watlington Ln and continue until you reach Middle Rd. Cross the road to Watlington Rd West, then walk across Pacheco & Sons Farm. Continue to Watlington Rd East (Lindo’s Market).
    Cut over to Devon Spring Rd, make a left, and continue over the hill to Hermitage Rd. Walk past Elliot Primary School and continue until you reach Middle Rd. Make a left onto Middle Rd, walk a short distance, and make a right at the Squash Club.
    Take that trail to Vesey St, cross the road, and enter Loyal Hill Pass. Continue over the hill until you reach the Railway Trail. Make a left onto the Railway Trail heading west, exiting onto Palmetto Rd.
    Continue along Palmetto Rd, walking past the Tynes Bay Waste to Energy Facility, then make a left onto Frog Lane. Continue until you reach BFA Way, make a left, then a right onto Headquarters Hill, returning to the starting point.
