Adjustment of EweMot 3 but with small amendments

1 - smoothing of live record of track - shortens by 330m

2 saving approx 300m and reducing complexity at Cuddington Rec.
    a) - C Rec south - Continue along Sparrow Farm Rd to gate opposite Woodstone Ave, southern tip of park. Fewer turns and more obvious where to leave park (if heading N->S)
    b) Cuddington Rec north - continue to northern tip of park then take alley combination opp 26 Sandringham Rd, coming out on corner of Braemar and Balmoral Rds. Again involves private alleyways but this seems to in common usage (see Street View and Strava heatmap) unlike alleys used in 1 and 3 - no such clues only Strider's live recording. Access through from (5ish) Hobart to Braemar isn't even an alleyway - v informal hedge gap next to tree trunk- can't even be seen in summer Street Views when seems impenetrable hedge

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
