Start at Lifetime Fitness at Ford Parkway - run through Highland Bridge development past Hidden Falls and along Shepard Road to Crosby Park - 35E entrance. Head back through Crosby Park trails and across Highway 5 bridge to Fort Snelling - go past Visitor Center and loop around Snelling Lake. Back to visitor center and then loop around Pike Island, back to visitor center and up stairs back to Fort, follow roads and paths back to Minnehaha Park, check out Minnehaha Falls and go a bit down West River Road. Turn around and cross Ford Bridge to head back to Lifetime.
