    Warm up
    - from leisure centre along station road easy pace (B1404) to the corner of the town hall (B1285)

    PART 1 of the grand old Duke
    -Run up the mill inn bank to the drive way opposite Tesco- then back down the hill to the corner.

    - Run back up the mill in bank to the drive way, rest 30 seconds, the continue up mill in bank until you are in line with the park. The run back down the hill to the corner.

    -Run all the way up the mill in bank to the junction of the Avenue.

    -easy jog down the avenue to the police station.

    PART 2 of the Grand Old Duke
    -From the police station run up the avenue to the third chicane (just before the takeaway). Then back down to the police station.

    -Run up to the same Chicaine, 30 second rest, then continue all the way up the avenue to the postbox, then all the way back down.
