Ontdek het Rotterdams platteland met hoge dijken en rivieren, grazende koeien en zingende vogels. Fiets mee langs de rivier de Schie en de Rotte en laat je meevoeren door alle verhalen van vroeger en nu.

    Het Polderpad is een fiets- en wandelroute tussen de rivieren de Schie en de Rotte. Te midden van een druk en verstedelijkt gebied brengt het Polderpad je dwars door het hart van vier groene droogmakerijen.
