HILLS 5 maybe 6/10
- Difficulty (10 being steepest overall): 5/10
Gentle undulating for +-80%. Mildly steep 13-17km two big hills.
-A fast race, very enjoyable route.

CONGESTION(crowd) - 4/10 (10 being 2Oceans)
- 6:30 am good time to arrive for 7:00 start.
- 1143 entrants for 10k & 21k
- start together
- no congestion

MARSHALS 8/10
Marshals at all busy points. Strong marshals where needed. Few points marshals could be stronger but generally allocated well. Mostly good words to runners.

TRAFFIC CONTROL (+EMPD) 8/10
Traffic Dept visible and briefed by about 30-40 mins before start. ALL busy intersections extremely well managed.

TRAFFIC ON ROUTE (10 being busy highway)
2/10(50%) within suburb. Almost no cars
6/10(50%) on main roads. Sunday church traffic etc

ON ROUTE 8/10
- Km marker boards: small but visible 80%
- Water tables: 9/10
All water tables well controlled, very cheerful. Well done.

- Bins: Enough bins, on route and at finish 9/10

BEFORE RACE:
NUMBER COLLECTION: 8/10
Extremely easy at Sweat Shop. Race number given at shop. More races with manual timing should do this
- GOODIES: 0/10 - cheaper by standard JHB races. Doesn't matter
- PARKING 9/10 gated parking next to stadium and streets very close to start and finish. No ripoff "carguards" felt very secure.
- TOILETS: 8/10 stadium toilets. Enough.

AFTER RACE:
- Atmosphere at grounds: 6/10.
- wonderful finishing race on track.
-Race announcing very good
- food stuff outside stadium which didn't help but understandable

Many big Jhb clubs didn't have gazebos Disappointing...Mostly East Rand clubs.
