There is typically a ride on the first Sunday of every month (avoiding bank holidays etc.) at a leisurely pace with a chance for companionship with a group of friendly people as well as modicum of exercise.

At any time of year riders should bring waterproofs, lock, puncture repair outfit and spare inner tubes, mid-morning refreshment plus lights just in case.

Riders should note that for insurance purposes the ride is not a group ride and members should have their own liability insurance of the sought provided by the CTC. Also we cannot accept riders under 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
