Maybe its because I'm a Londoner (and a retired teacher) that I love walking its streets and uncovering its past.

For many years 'English Heritage' has worked to preserve the best of Britain's past and mark its history with blue plaques. Westminster Council does the same with its green plaques. I show all these on my heritage walks.
