I've mapped out these routes as part of a project to develop a predominantly traffic free cycle route from the Transpennine Trail near Dunham Massey to the Middlewood Way. The route runs through the Bollin Valley and the hope is to link four NT properties: Dunham Massey, Tatton Park, Quarry Bank Mill and Lyme Park as well as the airport and other attractions. The concept was approved at the meeting of the Cheshire East Highways committee in April 2025. Google 'Greater Bollin Trail decision' for more information.
