Just running to keep the crazy away. Been at this for about 30 years.

Multiple 5 and 10Ks.
My typical pace is between 9:30 and 11:00 depending on how much I've trained. Injuries and COVID have gotten in the way the last few years but things are looking up.
Hoping to meet up with other runners in the North Puget Sound area.
