About Me
Pathway Prescriptions is a green prescribing initiative by NHS Barnstaple Alliance PCN.
The programme offers support and information to find natural routes to boosting health, through spending more time outside and connecting to nature.
The walking routes aim to encourage visiting and exploring local natural spaces within Barnstaple and the surrounding area.
All routes start from one of the four medical centres that form the Barnstaple Alliance PCN - Fremington Medical Centre, Brannam Medical Centre, Litchdon Medical Centre and Queens Medical Centre.
