3 Mk.Deverill. Chicklade 9

A moderately hilly circular running route, partly off-road, approximately 9.3 miles long.

At start there's no phone signal, so if using the app, just note time. Start Garmin.

Go over first stile. Head to right of trees, and then stay low. Shortly Turn right at combe, and at halfway go left up faint angled path. Through wood. Head to stile off to right, and over. Now stay low and head to farm gate in trees (don't go up to top corner). On track go round to right, and out to A350. Go over into field. You now on his proposed deviation. Go right on his field., just to left of highway grass verge. Keep the effort up here, as your're well on show. At FP sign/old hedgeline go left up to trees. More effort 🤪 Go left still on his field, all the long, long way to the gate in top right corner, and go over (you could go a bit further to the end of his deviation, but no point). Following my route, go right, and after a few yards at trees, look for a left path dives into the trees, take it. Enjoy, you've earned it 😁 Stay right, and out of woods stay on hard track, small bend to right. Now downhill 😀 All the way to A303. Compose as necessary. Go over, it's steep. Levels, go to Restricted Byway signs, go right. Enjoy. Pass reservoir, carry on. As hedgeline on left gets closer, turn right down grass footpath , left of hedge. At A303 compose. Go straight over. Follow this lane up (get your intervals in 😂), cross over A350, This is Pertwood Corner, you'll know where you are. Now level and down all the way to car, listen for traffic from behind, pick up the pace. At car, give yourself a pat on the back. Remember to stop Garmin 😁.
