This route starts at the Cannon Sheehan carpark loop, but takes the first bridge to the right going up the glen. When you get to the tared road turn left cross the bridge and turn right into the forestry road. Follow this trail all the way to the top of the hill. Here you come to the viewing point at the back of the bog turn right here cross the bog, at the far side of the bog turn right and climb to the top of seefinn turn right here on to the single trail. Follow the trail all the way down to the tree line enter the single trail and this brings you down through the woods and on to the road. Cross the road and go back down the trail you came up on the way out
