All map layers visible apart from the cycle map - either when editing an existing route or plotting a new one
(it's the layer that I use the most by far, so it's causing me a major issue)
Hi, a big major issue.. The only map platform I use (and the bases for renewing my subscription). Lets hope a fix is applied soon!!
Ref. workaround .... I'm using Android mobile, what about you? Mobile? Desktop?
PC at home, smartphone on tour.
My platform is Desktop. I've installed the mobile App (Android) this morning - Cycle maps are displayed on Android.
If I:
Save as from PC, call up on the mobile = blank screen
Save as from mobile, call up on the mobile = blank screen
Any new routes on Android, fine.
Hi everyone,
The team just made some changes to our servers to resolve the Cycle Map issue.
The Cycle Map should now be available both on the website and the web app.
If you're still experiencing this issue, make sure to clear your browser cache, and if needed, delete the web app and add it again.
Please let us know if it works.
Best regards,
Julien
Hi Julian,
I'm sorry, I cleared the cache, but same as before, no Cycle Map in the Chrome browser.
I started plotaroute by Microsoft Edge, Cycle Map occurs. Nice but I need it with Chrome. seems to be Chrome-specific
Hope you can fix it.
Regards
Wilfried
Hi Wilfried,
Thanks for sharing this.
I'll report this to the devs right away.
Cycle Map seems to work on Chrome for some, but not all users, so I'll ask if there is anything other than the cache that might explain this.
Best regards,
Julien
Hi again Wilfried,
Devs got back to me: could you access the Cycle Map and do a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) to see if this changes anything?
If not, we'll probably need you to send us screengrabs of the F12 control centre to further look into this.
If you're comfortable doing so, click your F12 key (or go to the Chrome Menu > More tools > Developer tools) and at the top, click on the two arrows next to "Elements Console Sources" and select "Network".
This should show some errors you can click on and screengrab. This is my list, showing no issues on Chrome.
Thanks,
Julien
Hi Julien,
Hip hip hooray!!! CTRL + F5 solved it!
Best regards from Hamburg, Germany, thanks, you made my day!!
Wilfried
