Thanks again for the continuing help. 

Turns out it was the AntiVirus - Bitdefender. For some reason, that was blocking hybrid mapping. I uninstalled it and installed AVG and problem fixed.

After sending my post here, I saw your support message as well and thought about an ongoing issue with some ISPs.

You're issue definitely seems to be the same. Sorry for not realising this right away.

Yes, unfortunately it's not working on either browser on my computer. It does however work on my phone (which isn't terribly useful as route plotting complex gravel routes on a telephone is torture).

I've just looked at the hybrid map and haven't been able to reproduce the issue. Tried several places in Sweden, and everything looks fine.

Are you still having this issue?

Hi there, 

I've been using Plotaroute for some time now and I've never had any issues.

Just today, I've lost hybrid mapping. I'm quite dependent on it here in rural Sweden as many of the tracks are only visible in this mode. 

I just get a blank screen on hybrid mapping. Is there a problem with this feature just now?
