Cannot search for a placeFORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

Hi I've renewed my subscription and now when I try and search for a place the page comes up but won't let me type it in the box, so effectively l cannot plot a route in a country that I'm visiting unless I know where it is ??‍??. Many thanks.

I'm not sure I understand the "the page comes up" part of your message.

On which screen are you trying to search for a location?

The "Locate Map" search bar at the top left corner of the route planner?

If so, this doesn't seem to be a general issue, as it works fine for me:

This is the page I'm having trouble with when you tap the small magnifying glass on the left hand side it's greyed out and doesn't let me search for a location, when I tap the large magnifying glass on the right it takes me to my bookmarked places

Hi everyone,

Just updating this topic with the help desk answer I just sent to Ian: the search feature does seem to have an issue when plotting on a mobile device.
I've reported this to the devs to investigate.

I'll update this topic as soon as possible.
