Small hills ride aimed at stiff SE winds hence, the route heads off with the wind and cheats it through Delamere forest and then cheats it again on my favourite hill from Norley and onto the Whytegate Way for 7 miles onto Wilmslow. however we stop half way along the whytegate way at the station house cafe and continue on the whytegate gate way to Wilmslow following it to the end and turning right, through the subburbs for a half mile at most and then turning right out of Wilmslow on to some nice lanes with a cross tailwind at worst all the way home.

NOTE: as of April 26 the bridge just half mile past it Station house cafe is out for major work, in. Have there is no road on it, just the supports, so there is no way of getting over it or slipping past it, as there is no alternative rote of any kind. Can’t even get down off Whytegate way into adjacent fields. no option but to back track to cafe and Clays lane,

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
