    Meet at Ivingswood Greenway Chesham HP5 2BY. Easy jog down footpath parallel to Greenway to Vale Rd. Cross the road through gate and half way up hill - drills and strides then relocate into the woods. 6 x 30 sec hill efforts - walk jog down to start point. The tempo - 50% in the woods each lap approx 1K along lower footpath in the woods then left at the end to run through the top footpath in the fields and then left to start point of tempo lap. Note between the two fields the is a short section which is very undulating and technical - ease off through this section.
